JOB DESCRIPTION

Programme Officer will be responsible for strengthening the quality of Programmes and its Programme management. This position is based out of Chennai.

Roles and responsibilities-

The incumbent will be responsible for the HCLTech Grant partner management which includes monitoring and budget management.

Monitoring and Evaluation-

The person will be responsible for collation MIS of HCLTech Grant programme’s data at central level for all the projects of HCLTech Grant Programmeme at regular frequency

Research

Support in development of situation assessment reports/publication materials/research article/case study etc. from HCLTech Grant projects independently.

Develop case studies, comprehensive reports and document best practices to produce high quality reports.

Undertake regular field visits to monitor project progress, ensure implementation is in line with approved strategies.
