The Project Manager Customer success will be responsible for end-to-end project execution for Mobile Robots (AMRs), starting from order acceptance through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and closure
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
- Manage end-to-end project planning and execution from order receipt to manufacturing, delivery, installation, and final handover for mobile robots.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes in coordination with senior management and stakeholders.
- Establish project success criteria and communicate the same across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan project tasks; develop, track and maintain associated project documents and schedules.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all engineering documentation and specifications required for successful implementation and customer acceptance.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports; analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Identify and assess unique business/commercial/technical risks associated with assigned projects and provide mitigation solutions and workarounds.
- Determine necessary manpower and resources required for each project; coordinate with concerned departments on requirements and availability.
- Interact with internal project stakeholders, key vendors and customers on an ongoing basis to drive alignment and execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Robotics).
- Project Management certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in project management / customer success / delivery execution.
- Experience in robotics / automation / industrial equipment / engineering product organizations preferred.
