Program Project Manager

The Project Manager Customer success will be responsible for end-to-end project execution for Mobile Robots (AMRs), starting from order acceptance through manufacturing, delivery, installation, and closure

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Manage end-to-end project planning and execution from order receipt to manufacturing, delivery, installation, and final handover for mobile robots.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes in coordination with senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish project success criteria and communicate the same across all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan project tasks; develop, track and maintain associated project documents and schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all engineering documentation and specifications required for successful implementation and customer acceptance.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports; analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Identify and assess unique business/commercial/technical risks associated with assigned projects and provide mitigation solutions and workarounds.
• Determine necessary manpower and resources required for each project; coordinate with concerned departments on requirements and availability.
• Interact with internal project stakeholders, key vendors and customers on an ongoing basis to drive alignment and execution.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics / Robotics).
• Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in project management / customer success / delivery execution.
• Experience in robotics / automation / industrial equipment / engineering product organizations preferred.
