Job Description
The **Program QESH Lead** is the primary authority for Quality and ESH integrity across all AFCENT GPMS sites. This role is accountable for the implementation and compliance of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and ESH programs in accordance with ISO 9001 contract specifications and the Amentum Quality Management System (QMS). Reports directly to the Program QEHS Manager.

Governance & Compliance Oversight
+ Audit Authority: Orchestrates the program-wide Internal Audit schedule, ensuring auditors and inspectors execute evaluations IAW Internal Audit procedures and industry standards.
+ QMS Integrity: Acts as the program gatekeeper for the Document Control System, ensuring only current Technical Orders (TOs) and commercial manuals are utilized.
