Job Description

+ Work with and report on data, spreadsheets and status of client work being done throughout UL Retail and Consumer Products fulfillment locations and client' systems.

+ Perform UL and client systems data entry and extraction as well as participate in process automation projects.

+ Coordinate and compile client deliverables.

+ Manage updates and dissemination of client documents, processes and related information in accordance with established governance and quality control principles.

+ Perform data and submission monitoring, tracking, scheduling, analysis etc.

+ as requested by direct line manager / client

+ Perform administrative maintenance and portal management for a variety of UL or client systems and databases as needed.

+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

+ Product and Sample handling

+ Communicate and job follow up with labs, suppliers and customer

+ Parcel Delivery

+ Performs other duties as directed.


+ Associate degree/ Diploma or equivalent, plus two years of directly related experience.

+ Effective computer and communication skills in English, written, and verbal.

+ Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel.
