Summary
The Program Services Director is the guardian of our regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. You will not just maintain clients; you will build the infrastructure that ensures their safety. You will act as the liaison between State Regulators, Guardians, and the Agency, ensuring that every Client Care Plan, Safety Assessment, and Incident Report is accurate, accessible, and audit-ready at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Move the department away from local files/silos. Architect and maintain centralized file structures (SharePoint/Cloud Systems) so that client data is transparent and accessible to the Executive Team instantly.
