The Opportunity Summary: 

The Virginia Program Office seeks to hire an entry level Program Certification Representative The VIRGINIA Class Construction Program Office is responsible for managing BLOCK IV and BLOCK V fixed-price contracts, ship construction, quality, schedule, performance, and programmatic ship certification. The Program Office is required to interface with all levels of management at EB, HII-NNS, SUPSHIP and NAVSEA. Program representatives interact on a daily basis with Engineering, QA, Planning, Ship’s Management, Finance, Contracts, and Material’s Management. Responsibilities include driving program goals, enforcing program directions, negotiating construction and design activities, reporting EVMS performance to leadership, managing engineering tasks, and leading ship certifications.
