Join our dynamic team as a Program Specialist! **Based in Marshalltown, I** A, the **Program Specialist** is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with all required steps. While each project has an assigned Manager who oversees overall strategy and client communication, the Program Specialist focuses on operational details and works closely with the Project Manager as a collaborative team to achieve project success.
**IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:**
+ Create, review and drive detailed project schedules in alignment with the Project Manager.
+ Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
+ Conduct internal cadence meetings to monitor progress.
+ Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
+ Order and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
