Summary/Objective: Clinical Manager/ ABA Program Supervisor

Assisting BCBAs in supervising clients with various developmental disabilities and needs, with the supervision of BCBA, assist in performing assessments for the continuation of services and or as needed, assisting with report writing, developing treatment plans, providing and/or supervising the implementation of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the home and community settings, maintaining data and making treatment decisions based on progress, providing training to employees and families, coordinating and/or attending pertinent meetings with community providers, and maintaining client records and documentation from intake to discharge.
