Program Support Assistant (OA)

Summary Program Support Assistant provides administrative, clerical, and technical support to the Nurse Manger and Home Telehealth Lead for the Home Telehealth Program. The work follows a sequence of steps/processes that the employee can follow without supervisory assistance. Duties are varied, routine/non-routine, consist of collecting and analyzing data and assisting with coordination of enrolled patients. Serves as point of contact for patients, medical center staff and community agencies. .
