Job Description

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Support Manager (PSM) in Washington, DC. 

Position Overview: Provide Program Management Support for the Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA), Passport Services Directorate (PPT). Support includes but is not limited to comprehensive onsite program and administrative support for Passport Headquarter Office and four (4) Regional Offices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Program Support Manager (PSM) is responsible for excellent and compliant contract performance at the location assigned. This person will be responsible for the quality of deliverables and ensuring that performance requirements are upheld during contract performance.
