Compensation: $19.72 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday



A long-standing community-based organization in Albany County is seeking a Temporary Program Support Specialist. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys administrative work and delivering excellent customer service within a nonprofit setting.



Position Overview

The Program Support Specialist plays a key role in coordinating and supporting service delivery within the Community & Career Services department. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers and ensures efficient intake, enrollment, and data management processes.
