Program to Extract Data from PDFs to insert in a MySQL Database

We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to extract specific information from a collection of PDFs that are consistently formatted. The extracted data needs to be accurately populated into a spreadsheet or database. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry and familiarity with PDF extraction tools. Attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for this project as the information must be organized and error-free.
The pdfs have been scanned in and have some handwriting on them. I do not want to extract the handwriting, only the original text.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
