About the Program


We are looking for future Finance leaders to help shape the next generation of our Finance team in South America. Over 3 years, you will rotate across key Finance areas, gain exposure to different businesses and senior leaders, and work on high‑impact projects.
This is not a program to simply learn existing processes. We expect you to challenge the status quo, bring a digital and innovative mindset, and help us raise the bar of our discussions, analyses and negotiations.


What You Will Do


Across your rotations, you may:

  • Controllership – support month‑end close, performance analysis and governance
  • FP&A – work on budgets, forecasts, scenarios and decision support
