As a Programmable Operator, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and quality assurance. Job Title: Programmable Operator Location: Clare, MI Pay Range: $18.50 to $19.50 depending on shift Shift: 1st , 2nd and 3rd What's the Job? Inspect incoming material for quality specifications and quantities. Operate and program robotic welders and CNC machines to fabricate products. Set up machines, adjust process variables, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintain inventory control by labeling and managing raw materials.
