We’re looking for a Programmatic Media Specialist to support and execute programmatic campaigns across platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk , while working closely with senior specialists, analytics teams, and client stakeholders.


What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Account Setup

  • Support client onboarding by setting up partner accounts and configuring DSP platforms
  • Participate in onboarding and handover calls to understand campaign goals, historical setups, and client expectations

Programmatic Campaign Execution

  • Assist in setting up, executing, and managing programmatic campaigns across DSPs (primarily DV360 )
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client KPIs, pacing, and performance goals
  • Perform regular QA checks to ensure smooth delivery

Optimization & Platform Excellence

  • Monitor campaigns closely and support optimization efforts to improve performance
  • Audit and troubleshoot campaigns to resolve delivery or performance issues
  • Stay updated with the latest programmatic trends, features, and platform enhancements

Reporting & Insights

  • Partner with analytics teams to deliver detailed and insightful performance reports
  • Use data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Help translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with account management, creative, analytics, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Act as a bridge between offshore teams and internal stakeholders
  • Own assigned tasks within the RACI framework , ensuring accountability and transparency
  • Continuously upskill and progress from Executive to Senior-level responsibilities


What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on programmatic media buying
  • Hands-on experience with DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel , Google Analytics, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Have

  • Advanced understanding of DSP features, automation, and optimization strategies
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles
  • Experience collaborating with offshore or cross-functional teams
