Summary

The Programmatic Operations Manager is responsible for the optimization of Bell Media’s programmatic ad stack with a key focus on ad tech improvements/management and collaboration with sales and revenue teams. This role involves both technical savvy, strategic thinking as well and the ability to communicate our programmatic offering to clients and internal stakeholders. This position is a key role within our Digital Monetization team and is at the forefront of shaping the future of programmatic business across all of Bell Media Digital brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory flow and programmatic setup/maintenance on multiple systems (ad server, SSPs, DSPs,)
  • Lead programmatic ad stack optimization/strategy becoming the SME for all platforms/integrations (including header-bidding/non-guaranteed and guaranteed supply)
