As a Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and growing premium programmatic revenue (PMP / PG) across CTV / OTT / Connected TV inventory.
Your main responsibilities include:
Develop and manage a portfolio of advertisers, media agencies, trading desks and DSPs Sell premium CTV programmatic solutions (PMP, PG, private deals) Identify client needs and propose tailored, high-value solutions Drive programmatic revenue growth within your scope Set up and manage long-term and “always-on” programmatic agreements Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Publisher and Revenue Operations teams Monitor and analyze campaign performance, produce post-campaign reports and recommendations Collect client feedback to support continuous product improvement Maintain active market intelligence on programmatic and AdTech trends Profile Requirements
Essential Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within the CTV / OTT / Connected TV ecosystem Proven background in digital media sales, programmatic buying, revenue operations or business development Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including: DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DMPs and Trading Desks Ability to conduct consultative sales of complex solutions Skills
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment Able to work effectively in a remote setup Mobility
Comfortable with business travel Valid driving licence Languages
