Programmatic Sales Manager – CTV / OTT / Connected TV

Present across Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia, the company operates a large-scale advertising ecosystem, reaching tens of millions of connected TV users through partnerships with TV manufacturers, content publishers and advertising market players.

  • Key Responsibilities
    As a Programmatic Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and growing premium programmatic revenue (PMP / PG) across CTV / OTT / Connected TV inventory.
    Your main responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of advertisers, media agencies, trading desks and DSPs
  • Sell premium CTV programmatic solutions (PMP, PG, private deals)
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored, high-value solutions
  • Drive programmatic revenue growth within your scope
  • Set up and manage long-term and “always-on” programmatic agreements
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Marketing, Publisher and Revenue Operations teams
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, produce post-campaign reports and recommendations
  • Collect client feedback to support continuous product improvement
  • Maintain active market intelligence on programmatic and AdTech trends
  • Profile Requirements
    Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Programmatic Sales, ideally within the CTV / OTT / Connected TV ecosystem
  • Proven background in digital media sales, programmatic buying, revenue operations or business development
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including: DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DMPs and Trading Desks
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales of complex solutions
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value
  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with strong results orientation
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
  • Able to work effectively in a remote setup
  • Mobility

  • Comfortable with business travel
  • Valid driving licence
  • Languages

  • Fluent English required
  • French or German depending on country of residence
