As a Programmatic Specialist (Media Optimization Manager) , you’ll be part of this team, managing campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure strong performance and client success.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the Architect of Campaigns: blik the lead in executing and managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring they resonate with our audience and deliver results.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
  • Unlock Insights: prepare in‑depth reports and metrics that not only showcase campaign performance but also offer actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
  • Dashboard Management: update and maintain engaging dashboards that track the progress of campaigns, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and spotlight areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: work closely with senior managers and team leads, providing support to streamline workflows and drive the team's success.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: at least 2‑3 years in a media or digital agency, where you honed your skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • DSP Expertise: proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads and other DSPs.
  • Analytical Mindset: a knack for crunching numbers paired with an intuitive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Team Spirit: you’re a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.

Selection Process

  • Screening Interview (45 minutes) – initial conversation with a recruiter.
  • Test Assignment (2‑3 days) – complete a task to showcase your skills.
  • Final Interview (up to 60 minutes) – meet with the team lead for an in‑depth discussion of your experience and skills.
  • Offer – if successful, you’ll receive an offer to join our team.
