Programme Administration Executive (Skills & Education Programmes)


About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Programme Administration Executive to support the delivery of national skills, internship, and work-study programmes under the TIP Alliance. This role plays a critical part in programme operations, financial administration, stakeholder coordination, and data tracking to ensure effective and compliant programme delivery.



Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support & Programme Management

  • Process claims for enhanced internship and work-study upgrading programmes
  • Track and monitor programme budgets to ensure efficient resource utilisation
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for programme activities and financial transactions
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for TIP Alliance initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with government financial procedures and audit requirements

Programme Evaluation & Quality Assurance

  • Conduct initial checks on course evaluation submissions from Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
  • Prepare evaluation summaries and submissions for management and Director approval
  • Maintain tracking systems for IHL courses, graduate career pathways, and training outcomes

Industry Partnership & Engagement

  • Support engagement with skill-based hiring pledge companies participating in TIP Alliance programmes
  • Assist in relationship management with universities, polytechnics, ITE, and industry partners
  • Contribute to data-driven strategies to improve graduate employment outcomes

Event Management & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, briefings, and industry engagement events
  • Support planning and execution of programme-related events and forums
  • Organise stakeholder appreciation and networking sessions

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Track programme performance metrics such as graduate employment outcomes and career progression
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to assess programme impact
  • Prepare regular reports with evidence-based insights and recommendations


Requirements


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in programme administration, education administration, or operations support
  • Experience in claims processing, grant tracking, or financial administration is an advantage
  • Familiarity with government procedures or skills training programmes is preferred

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and basic visualisation tools
