Responsibilities

  • Oversee the structure and processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and improve the existing programme ensuring alignment at local levels.
  • Co-ordinate communication plans to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Oversee content creation for newsletters and platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Align programme with organisational goals.
  • Facilitate engagement through tailored resources, events, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Implement policies and procedures to strengthen relationships and align with standards.
  • Monitor the impact of policies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Track performance indicators and report progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the role as required.
