As a Programme Executive (Healthcare / Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and daily operations of community programmes.
  • Manage programme timelines, resources, and manpower scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct outreach activities and assist in programme facilitation and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare or community partners to deliver initiatives.
  • Ensure programme quality, compliance, and proper documentation of activities and outcomes.
  • Prepare programme materials, communications, and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities effectively.
  • Track client participation and feedback to support programme review and improvement.
  • Provide cross-functional support and perform ad-hoc duties as required by the department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.
