As a Programme Executive (Healthcare / Community), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and daily operations of community programmes.
- Manage programme timelines, resources, and manpower scheduling to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct outreach activities and assist in programme facilitation and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare or community partners to deliver initiatives.
- Ensure programme quality, compliance, and proper documentation of activities and outcomes.
- Prepare programme materials, communications, and regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Guide and support volunteers in carrying out programme activities effectively.
- Track client participation and feedback to support programme review and improvement.
- Provide cross-functional support and perform ad-hoc duties as required by the department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare environment.
