Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning of therapeutic group activities.
- Implement, schedule and execute group activities as planned in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure group activities outcome measures are met.
- Conduct group activities with the assistance of Therapist Assistant.
- Monitor key indicators and collect outcome measures of group therapies.
- Provides program updates to supervisors.
- Be involved in identifying areas of improvement required in group activities and assist in developing new materials from time to time.
- Manage procurement and manpower required for group activities.
- Work with Volunteer Management to incorporate volunteers to relevant patient engagement activities.
- Manage, submit and track SMF application in a timely manner.
- Track and submit department locum timesheet to various stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Track department various key performance index and submit quarterly data for reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in science, business or administration.
- 1- 2 years of experience in related field.
- Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, coordinate and implement various initiatives.
- Demonstrates ability to monitor program effectiveness, identify potential gaps and modify program.
- Able to collect outcome measure for the purpose of evaluating effectiveness of programs.
- Positive team player.
