  • Provide end-to-end administrative, operational, and logistical support for training programmes, seminars, conferences, and study visits to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage programme administration activities, including course setup, publicity coordination, participant registration, attendance tracking, and course evaluations.
  • Support procurement processes, budget tracking, billing, and timely payment of vendors in accordance with organisational guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver programmes effectively and meet organisational KPIs such as learner attendance and satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting while adhering to service standards and operational procedures.
