Job Description

● Curate and plan meaningful activities tailored to the residents' needs and abilities.

● Facilitate activity engagement and participation with the residents.

● Collaborate with care partners to integrate meaningful engagement into residents' daily routines.

● Create activity guides and resource kits to empower the care team to facilitate activity engagement.

● Develop a comprehensive calendar of programmes encompassing cognitive stimulation, physical activities, reminiscence activities, social recreational activities and intergenerational initiatives.

● Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness with the Centre Director.

● Implement programme adjustments based on feedback and observed outcomes.

Qualifications

● Have a Diploma in healthcare related disciplines

● Have strong passion to work with seniors in the Nursing Home
