Programme Executive

Job Summary

The Programme Executive will play an integral role in ensuring successful service delivery and customer satisfaction of our Healthy Workplace Ecosystem (HWE) Project. He / she will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations for our health and wellness programmes at various workplaces.

This will be a remote role with recurring site visits and team meetings at the office. Standard working hours will be from 9am to 6pm or 10.30am to 7.30pm (depending on weekly schedule).

Primary Duties

• Support ongoing wellness challenges such as liaising with vendors, collating participant entries, sourcing for lucky draw prizes, administering participation incentives, etc.

• Assist Site Managers with uploading programme details on an external online system and tagging the relevant trainers / facilitators
