• Proven experience planning and leading large-scale, complex implementations (multiple parallel streams).
• Responsible for the seamless, safe, and secure execution of all programme deployments. You will act as the bridge between technical delivery, service transition, and business stakeholders, ensuring that every release—from non-production environments to live Go-Live events—is planned to the minute and governed rigorously.
• Develop and secure approval for highly detailed, minute-by-minute implementation plans.
• Forecast and secure necessary staffing, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrable experience navigating formal change control boards (CAB) and service management tools (e.g., SMAX).
