The Job 

As Programme Manager for the Digital Transformation at Novo Holdings, you will join the Strategy & People sub-team, Programmes & Projects. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening the execution of Novo Holdings’ multi-year digital transformation by ensuring clear structure, a strong execution cadence, and transparency across initiatives.
