Are you an experienced equine professional with a passion for education and leadership? Plumpton College is looking for a Programme Manager – Equine to lead and shape outstanding equine programmes that prepare students for successful careers in the industry. This is a key leadership role combining curriculum oversight, high-quality teaching and team development.

Responsibilities

• Leading and enhancing equine programmes to meet awarding body and industry standards
• Driving excellent teaching, learning and assessment

• Using data and quality processes to raise student achievement
• Building strong employer and industry links
