As Barrows Connected Store continues to scale our retailer portfolio, we’re looking for a hands-on Programme Manager to support our Retailer Teams and drive operational excellence across key client accounts.
This is a new role and a brilliant opportunity for a mid–senior Project Manager who thrives in fast-moving, client-facing environments and loves turning complexity into clarity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning PM & BAU operational delivery across retailer accounts
- Driving on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of projects
- Supporting retailer account teams with structure, consistency, and momentum
- Running status updates, stakeholder meetings, and delivery reporting
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that remove friction
- Acting as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams
