Programme Manager - Digital Marketplace Transformation & Organisational Design
Opportunity-Remote (UK)
Fixed‑term contract (ends December 2026)
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead an enterprise‑wide transformation programme, with a focus on Clients, Talent, and Organisational Design. This role is centred on driving structural and behavioural change across the business, rather than technical system delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement the Target Operating Model (TOM) for enterprise clients.
Lead organisational redesign, pivoting Talent Advisor roles toward high‑value support.
Manage multiple project managers, oversee dependencies, and chair steering committees.
Shape go‑to‑market strategy, positioning the programme in bids/tenders with value‑driven pricing.
Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and track programme milestones.
Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
