TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager . This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
  • Manage schedules, resources, budgets and risk across multiple projects
  • Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teams
