Programmer Analyst 3-it

**Responsibilities**:
- Developing the long-term strategy and vision for continuous improvement of provisioning performance
- Identifying, documenting and adopting best practices to improve the provisioning experience
- Operational ownership of provisioning for all Oracle Cloud offerings
- Author and contribute to customer-facing user guides, notifications and Self-Service Provisioning interfaces
- Partner with business counterparts, and product development teams to drive solutions to reduce provisioning frictions
- Build and enhance automated end-to-end monitoring/smart alerting to reduce the provisioning cycle time
- Work with SaaS, Tech, GBU Product strategy teams, Development release teams and Oracle Cloud Framework solution teams to improve the provisioning experience across all products
