Job Description Job Description Full Time CNC Programmer Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Summary: Create CNC programs that allow Mills, Lathes, and Burning Equipment to machine/cut parts in desired shapes per print and within desired tolerances. Essential Functions: D escription Develop CNC programs using SolidWorks/CAM software for mills, lathes, lasers, waterjet, and plasma machines based on customer engineered prints. Establish process capability by machine center, program designated machines. Configure tools and ensure efficient production. Analyze prints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines, tool selection, machine speed and feed rates. Monitor output and proper operation of equipment. Make mechanical program adjustments to ensure parts meet all requirements. Communicate recommendations to modify processes to improve productivity and quality.
