**Education**: Bachelor's Degree : Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field.
**Experience**:
- English skills for verbal/written communication required.
- Microsoft.NET development required.
- Experience with SVN and GIT.
**Knowledge**:
- Write maintainable code
- Anticipate failures
**Skills**:
- English language (self sufficient on writing and reading, reporting status and attending/hosting meetings).
- Ability to:
- be consistent on every deliverable
- accurate estimation
- empathize with the user’s requirement
- know when and how to help others
- handle escalations
- prioritize their work
