Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for training programs, including course registrations, enrolments, material preparation, and logistics coordination.
  • Assist in the planning, marketing, and execution of both physical and virtual training events (e.g., webinars, workshops, and talks).
  • Manage the training calendar to ensure all training programmes are running smoothly and timely.
  • Assist in liaising with trainers, clients, and participants, and in managing end-user feedback, inquiries, and correspondence.
  • Provide support in answering related incoming calls, appointment bookings, and administrative support for training programs.
  • Coordinate with the finance team on payment tracking, invoicing, and fee collection for training programs.
