Program/Project Manager - PMO

POSITION SUMMARY: NXP Semiconductors is seeking a visionary, execution-focused Global IT Portfolio Lead, responsible for aligning projects with business and IT strategies, prioritizes initiatives, monitors portfolio health, and manages financials and risks. This role will be pivotal in establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT organization, and ensure effective governance, project and portfolio reporting, financial and resource management, and PM tool enablement, configuration, and support. The IT Portfolio Lead will report to the Head of IT Strategy and lead global, cross-functional teams with key responsibilities including collaboration with other functions and leaders to leverage data for strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and innovation with AI initiatives.
