Job Description
Position Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing in Programming services subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital administrative team. This role oversees the day-to-day programming operations to ensure activities are engaging, inclusive, and supports the holistic wellness including psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being as required by federal and state regulations. The Program Supervisor fosters a positive, nurturing environment while leading, coordinating, and evaluating activities designed to meet resident interest and needs.
