Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of project accounting and ensuring projects operate with an appropriate and effective set of financial controls
  • Timely and accurate preparation of business line accounting entries and reports in line with monthly and quarterly project timetables
  • In depth review of Profit & Loss and liaising with project managers
  • Assisting business lines with forecasting updates and variance analysis
  • Capture and safeguard project risks and opportunities, mitigation plans and savings plans are properly calculated and disclosed at the project reviews.
  • Close working with assigned business line to assist with management and reduction of WIP, Accrued Income, Aged Debt and other KPI’s
  • Communicate and support internal and external payroll functions
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by AMEC Financial Controller.
