Project Admin (Claims)

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities:

• Claim Preparation: Review project contracts, identify eligible claims, and prepare comprehensive claim documentation for submission.
• Claim Negotiation: Engage in discussions and negotiations with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, or other relevant parties to resolve disputes and reach mutually agreed settlements.
• Claim Settlement: Finalize claim settlements, ensure proper documentation, and track payment processes to ensure timely receipt of claim amounts.
• Finalize the settlement of subcontractor claims.
• Perform any other duties and tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in claims, contracts, or construction administration.
