:
  • To coordinate and manage of daily CPE order and fault tickets, support field engineers and internal parties with effective order/Ticket management and service coordination
  • To close monitor on CPE order and fault ticket progress, provide status update report to team leader or Unit Manger
  • To dealing with internal parties, external parties / end-users for schedule appointment
  • To provide good customer service on handling services repair enquiries; cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer's request efficiently
  • To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business need

  • Job Requirement:
  • Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3 years working experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel,...
