Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Responsible for office administration and clerical work.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Assisting project administration work including those projects related to Lembaga Jurukur Tanah (LJT).
  • Extract necessary info needed from project team for project record and database update.
  • Maintaining record and database for particular project administration.
  • Assisting Business and Development Department in providing relevant information.
  • Assisting Finance Department on follow up claim payment from project department.
