- Schedule and record regular meetings

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative and minutes meeting, especially in construction industry
- At least a Diploma in Business Admin/Engineering/ Language Linguistics
- (Bilingual) able to read, write & speaksdue to the document from HQ (Taiwan)
