Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare project reports and meeting minutes
  • Manage and maintain project documentation (physical & digital)
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for project activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
