Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project reports and meeting minutes
- Manage and maintain project documentation (physical & digital)
- Provide administrative and coordination support for project activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
