Responsibilities

• Facilitate dealer competence development by organizing sales, technical, and parts sales training for dealer personnel in collaboration with trainers and relevant market areas.
• Manage all logistical aspects of training, including hotel reservations, training materials, meals, and participant transportation.
• Establish a dealer trainer network across the Asia region and coordinate Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Administer support for user issues/requests and offer training/coaching for dealer admin users.
• Monitor the adaptation of training tools and create action plans to enhance acceptance within the distribution network.
• Oversee the subscription payment process and take ownership of key retail process implementations within the distribution network.
• Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders, conduct high-level training sessions, and coordinate survey activities related to distribution and customer feedback.
• Serve as the regional master data manager for all relevant distribution data.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in workshop facilitation management.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Sharp decision-making abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Capability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
