Job Summary

Support project management and after-sales teams by maintaining accurate project records, coordinating deliveries, managing after-sales service requests, and assisting with procurement and order processing tasks.

Responsibilities

1) Project Support

  • Update and maintain the Project Log weekly to ensure accurate tracking of project progress
  • Enter assign Project Manager details, update delivery & completion date into internal systems (Pronto) to keep records current
