Job Description

Project Administrator applies sound knowledge of area to independently perform work within the scope of established practices and procedures. Responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager’s on an assigned basis to create, submit, file, and organize all project documentation and other related drawings, records, reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.

This position will require immediate Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance, therefore only Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Program Management Team with weekly claim status reports for files and KPI updates for clients and projects.
  • Coordinate, schedule and book travel needs for Project and Program Managers.
