Job description:

Growing General Contractor located in Escondido, CA, needs a Project Administrator to provide general administrative support to other team members.

You will be doing the following:

· Responsible for Contracts Administration:

o Sub Contracts

o Purchase Orders

o Change Orders

· Responsible for Base Access:

o Administering badging paperwork

o Reviewing paperwork for accuracy

o Serve as liaison between government and IEP to ensure personnel is properly badged in timely manner

To succeed, you will want to have the following:

-Two years of Administrative Support Experience, highly prefer for a General Contractor.

-Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

-Strong Adobe PDF skills
