The Project Administrator is responsible for smoothly executing and coordinating post-order activities for non-PM-managed KOB and OEM valve orders. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely delivery, and effective client communication to support on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and factory teams.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

. Post-Order Management 

  • Handle end-to-end post-order execution for all non-PM handled KOB and OEM orders. 
  • Review purchase orders, specifications, and contractual requirements to ensure compliance.
