The Project Administrator is responsible for smoothly executing and coordinating post-order activities for non-PM-managed KOB2 and OEM valve orders. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely delivery, and effective client communication to support on-time delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and factory teams.



**In this role, your responsibilities will be:**



1. Post-Order Management



+ Handle end-to-end post-order execution for all non-PM handled KOB2 and OEM orders.

+ Review purchase orders, specifications, and contractual requirements to ensure compliance.



2. Client Communication & Documentation



+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding documentation, expediting updates, SPDP requirements, and progress reporting.
