Job Summary

:

This position is responsible for planning, controlling, and executing all administrative activities for the project, including all document control activities. Provide recommendations to management relative to administration and office services function. Ensures requirements of Bechtel and its customers, as well as regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements are met. #LI-SNH

Major Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing O&AS support to the project in the areas of records management, document control, and administrative support. 

  • Provide recommendations to management relative to administrative and office services functions.

  • Coordinate with various departments to manage the records turnover to the client.

  • Provide input for O&AS budgets.
